Parisi, who will serve as chief financial officer, has held a variety of financial management positions, including at Navistar, an $11 billion manufacturer of heavy-duty trucks; Dyson, the $800 million global vacuum company; and most recently at Midwest Mechanical, which is part of the $650 million Service Logic private equity portfolio.
