Craig Marton is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of BCD, where he leads the company’s transformation, positioning it for long-term growth and continued success. A US Marine Corps veteran with 25+ years of executive leadership across manufacturing, technology, and business services, Craig is known for building high performing teams, accelerating performance improvement, and creating a culture people want to be part of. He leads by his principle of “Excellence with Integrity”.

Joshua Basgall is the Chief Commercial Officer at BCD, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, and customer engagement initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience in the physical security industry, Joshua brings deep expertise in navigating complex markets, building strategic partnerships, and helping customers achieve long-term success.

Known for his customer-first approach and collaborative leadership style, Joshua is passionate about developing lasting relationships and driving sustainable business growth. He works closely with customers, partners, and the BCD team to deliver innovative solutions that help organizations prepare for what happens next.

Outside of work, Joshua is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Master (Captain) and enjoys spending time on the water.

James Carey is the Chief Financial Officer at BCD, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations to support long-term growth and innovation. Since joining BCD in 2023, James has overseen accounting, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and capital allocation, partnering closely with the executive team to align financial discipline with the company’s strategic vision.

In addition to leading BCD’s finance organization, James champions the company’s enterprise-wide adoption of artificial intelligence. He founded and chairs BCD’s AI Audit Committee and leads initiatives that help teams responsibly integrate AI into everyday business operations. Passionate about innovation, James has helped develop AI frameworks and internal programs that empower employees to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and drive greater efficiency across the organization.

James is committed to fostering a culture of innovation, financial excellence, and continuous improvement, helping position BCD at the forefront of AI-ready infrastructure and technology solutions.

Dan O’Mahoney is the Chief Operating Officer at BCD, where he oversees the company’s operations, supply chain, and go-to-market strategy. With more than a decade of experience in the safety and physical security industry, Dan brings a strategic, cross-functional approach to improving performance, strengthening operational processes, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Before joining the security industry, Dan held sales and strategy roles in financial technology, providing him with a broad perspective on complex markets, customer needs, and business transformation. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Hult International Business School and is committed to building scalable strategies that deliver long-term value for BCD, its partners, and its customers.

Andrea is the Human Resources Director at BCD, where she is dedicated to building a people-first culture that supports both employees and the company’s continued growth. With more than 12 years of human resources experience across the nonprofit, municipal, and clinical research industries, Andrea brings a well-rounded perspective to talent development, organizational strengthening, and team engagement.

She holds a master’s degree in human resources management and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Passionate about helping people succeed, Andrea believes the greatest part of Human Resources is, without question, the humans. She is proud to be part of the BCD team, where people remain at the heart of everything they do.

Dan Gewargis is the Chief Technology Officer at BCD, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, innovation, and product direction. With more than 20 years of experience in emergency communications, incident response, and the physical security industry, Dan is passionate about helping customers solve complex challenges through purpose-built technology solutions.

Throughout his career, Dan has worked alongside first responders and public safety organizations, developing mission-critical communication and software systems that improve workflows and drive safer outcomes. Before joining BCD, he led the integration of VideoXpert, IndigoVision, and Avigilon software organizations into a 300-person multinational development team at Motorola Solutions, guiding multiple organizational transformations and the successful release of Avigilon Unity.
