BCD has launched a new online tool that allows customers to track the status of their order in real-time. OTFD Live is easy-to-use and does not require customers to create an account or provide login information. All you need is your company’s unique purchase order number. Enter that number, click the “track order” button, and you will instantly get an update on your order and where it’s at in the build process. Once an order ships—typically 5-7 days after an order is placed—customers will be given a tracking number so they know when it’s on the way.

This tool has been developed to further enhance the customer experience, notes BCD’s CEO Jeff Burgess.
