BCD Listed Among Best and Brightest Companies in the Nation for Third Consecutive Year

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill., USA September 26, 2022 — The National Association for Business Resources has released their Summer 2022 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For in the Nation. BCD is proud to announce that, for the third year in a row, we have the honor of being included in this list. This recognition is awarded to companies that demonstrate exceptional human resources practices and an impressive commitment to their employees. While we pride ourselves on providing outstanding support and building strong relationships with our customers, this recognition is a testament to the culture we provide for our team at BCD as well.

The 2022 Summer National winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For winners are not ranked.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation offers different timelines of applications throughout the year: spring, summer, fall, and winter. The summer Best and Brightest National winners honored 175 winning organizations from across the country out of 1,400 nominations. The fall, and winter application process is still currently open. Winners for those seasons will be released in August and November.

With over 20 years of experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has identified numerous best Human Resource practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
